There are several areas in and around Ocho Rios that you can go for shopping. However there are three main shopping centers and four craft markets for visitors to purchase authentic Jamaican craft items and souvenirs etc.

This shopping area is located a few minutes from the Cruise Pier.  It offers a wide variety of duty free shopping.  It has shops featuring unique jewelry, clothing and gifts. In the duty free arena, you can get good buys on jewelry, cameras, china and crystal. Good souvenir choices include the island's well known coffees (Blue Mountain and High Mountain), Tia Maria, the made-in-Jamaica coffee liqueur, and the Jamaican over proof rum.
